Managing Director

Babatunde had his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Second Class Honours, Upper Division) from the University of Ibadan. He holds a certificate in management from the prestigious Galilee Institute of Management in Israel. He is a member of the Nigerian Economic Society and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA).

His post-qualification experience includes working with Kwara State Government as an Auditor; Panel Kerr Forster, a reputable Accounting firm in Lagos before joining the defunct Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (NIDB), which transformed into Bank of Industry (BOI) in 2001.

Babatunde’s over three (3) decades wealth of experience cuts across Project Appraisal and Supervision, Credit Risk Management, Loan Recovery, Human Resources and Administration.

He was actively involved in all the major restructuring of the zonal office structure of NIDB as well as the transformation of NIDB to BOI. He rose through the ranks to the grade of a General Manager and a member of the Bank’s Executive Management. Some of the major initiatives that he spearheaded include the preparation of the micro-credit template for the SME Directorate, take off of the Creative Industry Group, collaboration with United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in establishing Renewable Energy office in BOI, coordination and management of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) intervention funds as well as the African Development Bank (AfDB) line of credit. He worked in SME and Large Enterprises Directorates of the Bank for many years during which he served as the Regional Manager (South West), Assistant General Manager (AGM) in charge of Southern credit operations covering 17 states in Nigeria, AGM in charge of Large Enterprises before being elevated to General Manager.

Babatunde attended many local and international management courses as well as conference/seminars in Philippines Development Bank, Business partners in South Africa, SME Bank in India, Galilee Institute of Management (GIM) in Israel and study tour of China with a UNIDO team. He attended other programs in Thailand, United States of America, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Turkey, Mali amongst other countries.

He sits on the Board of numerous companies including the United Nigerian Textile Limited (UNTL), NFE Industries Limited, Poly Products Limited, Cocoa Products, Secure ID Limited and Animal Care Services Consult Nigeria Limited.

He is currently the Managing Partner of Peculiar Consult and Investments Limited, Managing Director of Nifemi Babs Nigeria Enterprises and General Overseer of Peculiar Gospel Outreach Ministry.

Babatunde, who is happily married with children, received awards of excellence as a student and during his working career in the Development Banking sector.

Human Resource Manager

Oluwaseyi Babatunde is a seasoned Human Resource Manager who has offered value to media organizations, manufacturing conglomerates, fashion houses and banks across Nigeria and the UK.

Oluwaseyi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Babcock University and a Master of Business Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom.


 During her master’s program, she was inducted as an Associate Member of Chartered Management Institute UK. She has worked in Nigerian Breweries Plc’s Marketing Department and Corporate Finance Department of  Flour Mills Plc.


She presently works with Peculiar Consult and Investments Limited where she serves as the HR & Admin Manager.

Communication/Project Officer

Ayantoye holds a first Degree in Mass Communication at the prestigious National Open University of Nigeria; He had earlier obtained a Diploma in Information Communication Technology as well as Computer Engineering at Pacific Institute, Calabar. Subsequently, he attained a Bible School Diploma Certificate at the Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI) among other professional certification.

He is a Publisher and Journalist, a member of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) and a Media Practitioner with over 13 years working experience. Ayantoye has worked in several private organisation both on part-time and full time.

He was with National Pilot Newspaper (A prominent news medium owned by the former Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Bukola Saraki) as a reporter covering across all beats. During his employment with the news medium; as dedicated staff, he covered series of life-saving and fatal incidents which attracted to him series of commendations and awards. He was also the State Correspondent of the Office of the then first lady of Kwara State, Dcns. Omolewa Ejide Ahmed.

Daniel Olumide Ayantoye is happily married and blessed with wonderful Kids.

My name is Oluwatobiloba Babatunde and I am a Christian. I studied Mass Communication in Babcock university and graduated with a 2.1 in 2018. 

Over the course of the years, I have worked with not less than 4 organizations of which the first was my internship experience with Silverbird Galleria. After which my next experience came in as a graduate intern with Guarantee Trust Bank. 

My next work experience was with Bank of Industry during my youth service.

I am currently working in Peculiar Consult and Investment Limited as a full time project officer.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Executive of Nigeria (FICEN) and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration. Solomon attended University of Ibadan for his Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics and the University of Benin for his Masters degree in Banking & Finance. He rose through the ranks to become a Deputy General Manager in Bank of Agriculture.

His experience cuts across classified Asset Management, Micro-lending, Credit Administration, Loan Recovery etc.

Solomon Adebayo Jemilehin has attended local and international training and conferences.


Cecilia is an accomplished and seasoned professional with accounting, audit, finance and banking career spanning over 27years, She holds a BSC. (Hons) Accounting UNILAG, MBA (OAU) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, (FCA). She is also a Senior Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Of Nigeria (CIBN).


Her Audit and Accountancy practice career of about 7years was spent at UniugbeAkintola and Co before moving to the Finance and Banking Sector.


Her banking career which spanned almost 17years began at Merchant Bank of Commerce Ltd as a pioneer Treasury staff.


At the United Bank For Africa Limited where she spent 10years, she worked in Head office Operations departments: Clearing, Treasury Operations, Remittances, Central Processing Centre as a deputy head: Treasury Department and in the Business Process Design department where she participated in Change Management and facilitation programs for Banking applications implementations, Processes and Procedure Desk manuals documentation. She resigned as a Principal Manager as the Head, Settlements Operations.


At Ecobank (Nigeria) Plc where she worked for almost 3 years, her responsibilities covered the set up and supervision of the Head office Central Processing Centre (CPC) departments covering Clearing, Funds Transfer, Cheque Management, Card Operations, Trade Operations, Treasury Operations (TROPS) and Central Accounts Opening Centre. She also had oversight supervision of about 250 branches, Cash Management Centres (CMC) operations with the Branch Operations Coordination Unit and also the General Internal Services (GIS) and Transaction Banking services. She supervised and participated in the Ecobank Group Operations projects, Flexcube Software implementation, Procedural Manuals documentation and training.


On the job training courses attended over the her banking career include Tom Associates Train the Trainer, EuroMoney Money Market and Assets Management Training sessions, FDHL Bourse game, RTGS Training in the Gambia and, the ING Summer School in Brussels and Holland on Trade.


Since leaving the Ecobank group as an Assistant General Manager in 2009, Cecilia has been involved in Accounting, Consultancy and Training work.



Inyang is a Business Administration graduate of Rivers State University of Science and Technology, with an MBA in Business Management from ESUT Business School, Lagos. She has over 35 years working experience.


She worked at IBTC (now Stanbic IBTC Bank) for 10 years in different capacities from where she moved to Intercellular Nigeria Plc where at various times she headed the Marketing Research, Pricing and Product Development unit, and the Customer Support and Corporate Planning Units.


Before joining the Guaranty Trust group, from where she resigned in July 2010, she worked at Crusader Sterling Pensions Limited, a Pension Fund Administrator, as pioneer Head of Marketing for 3 years. She grew the assets under management (AUM) from Nil to N9billion within 25 months through personal effort. She also positioned and communicated Crusader Sterling Pensions as No.1 PFA in ‘return on investment’.


Within the GT group Inyang headed the Business Development Dept of ASSUR Asset Management Limited, a subsidiary of GT Assurance Plc (now AXAMansard). Her role there was that of a Wealth Manager and she had the responsibility of managing high net-worth individuals and organizations with investment portfolios in excess of N14billion.


Inyang’s core areas are Personal Financial Planning & Retirement Planning, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service and other Soft skills. She is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and writes the ‘WEALTHWISE’ column in EFFECTUAL magazine.


She also sits on the Board of Woman Act Now, Nigeria (WAN) an affiliate of Woman Act Now, incorporated in the United States of America by bestselling author, Coach Anna McCoy to educate, empower and enrich the lives of women in helping them to achieve their dreams and visions.



Bukki is an Economics graduate from the University of Ife (Now ObafemiAwolowo University).

She is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, with over 20 years post-graduation experience in Auditing and Management Consultancy.


She started her working career with KPMG Audit and left to become the first Nigerian Chief Accountant / Company Secretary of Paterson Candy International Nigeria Ltd (Nigerian Subsidiary of Thames Water of UK).


During the 8 years she spent at KPMG Audit, in addition to the diversified audit experience gained, she worked in the company’s Technical Department as Assistant Manager for 2years. Here, she worked as part of a team of professionals acting as Reporting Accountants on numerous public issues, financial advisers on privatization and commercialization, capital restructuring and in-house quality control amongst other functions.


At PCI Nigeria, She was instrumental to the computerization of the company’s account in line with the international group policy. She was also responsible for the accountability of the various civil engineering / water treatment contracts of the company. She thus developed very astute knowledge on long-term contract accounting in line with international standards. She also attended many international finance seminars and trainings.


In 1994, Bukki gained accreditation as a professional trainer from the Nigerian Centre for Management Development (CMD) and the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD).


She is a Management Trainer of great repute who facilitates for various professional institutes, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), as well as other consultancy outfits on Financial and other Management topics.



Egbuta had his Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State. He is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria. He rose through the ranks to become a Senior Manager in Bank of Industry Limited. He worked in various departments in the Bank including Lagos State Office as the State Manager, Agro-Processing Group of the Large Enterprises Directorate as the Head of Cotton, Textile and Garment Unit. 

He is a Financial Analyst specializes in development financing with experiences spanning various areas such as:


Real sector financing,

Financial Advisory and Corporate Finance, 

Special Product Development (MSMEs Support Programmes and Supply Chains Development etc), 

Risk Management and Organizational Transformation, 

Investment Appraisal, Project finance and Risk Analysis, 

Advanced Credit Risk Management and Loan Recovery,

Leadership Management. 

He has trained at Lagos Business School, Metropolitan School of Business & Management, UK, and John Deutsch International Executive Programs, Queens University, Canada. He has also attended other local and international seminars and conferences. He is currently the Managing Director of E. C. Consult and Business Services Limited, a newly established consultancy firm. He is married with children.



He is the Managing Consultant/CEO of Team Building International with vast experience in HR practices, Organizational Development and executive training and development. Yinka has worked with world class Organizations like Multichoice Group, CongressWBN and Access Bank Plc. Yinka was also instrumental to the startup of many companies and organizations such as Background Check International, Media 24 and Mweb.

Yinka Olugbodi has over 20 years of working and managerial experience. With the hallmark of pioneering or being a pioneering staff in most of where he worked or contributed. He was a pioneer staff in Multichoice Nigeria. He was also a pioneer worker in Congress WBN and he joined Access Bank during the decisive growth of the bank to top 5 banks in Nigeria. In this adventurous, pioneering spirit, he has started and founded a number of companies and ventures.
